Our Terms and Conditions Payment You can pay online if you have a PayPal account, visit www.paypal.com. Products or services will be provided by Uchuuzi.biz Limited as sourced from our partner shops. The charge on your PayPal account will appear in the name of UCHUUZI.BIZ You can also pay cash upon delivery of your goods in which case you MAY or MAY NOT have paid some amount as commitment fee in form of your phone credits. The credits extracted from your mobile phone account will serve as the confirmation for your order. This is only applicable if you are in Kenya. Shipping Except for some made-to-order items, Uchuuzi.biz will in normal circumstances deliver all items within the day that the order is made and the commitment fee received, this is in case you choose the Mobile Phone Payment. You pay the amount in full, in the event that you choose to use PayPal. We will notify you by email when your order status changes to ‘Complete.’ Checking Your Order You can use the MY ACCOUNT button to check the status of your order. You will be able to track all aspects of your order through your account. Cancelling an Order Should you decide to cancel your order after you have already confirmed it, you will then be forfeiting the mobile phone credits committed on that order. Currencies If you pay for your order using any other currency other than Kenya Shillings, there is a $5 fee to mitigate against fluctuations of the shilling against other currencies. Refund Policy Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with an item you have received, or have not received your order, please contact us immediately, quoting your order number. Refunds may be offered at the discretion of Uchuuzi.biz management. If you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us, we will refund you for the items returned less the shipping cost. Order Acceptance Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment in the case where you are using PayPal • Your not sending us phone credits to confirm the order • Other problems with your PayPal account If we do not accept your order, we will inform you by email and refund your credit card if it has been charged or phone credits, whichever is applicable. Taxes and Customs Duties All orders from a Kenya billing address will be charged 16% VAT (some items exempted in accordance with Kenya government policy). The customer is responsible for payment of any customs duties and charges when your package arrives in your country. Many countries do not levy duties on goods from Africa. Please let us know if you need a certificate of origin to prove that your goods come from Africa.
